I began my journey as a quality consultant, working closely with companies to assess their existing quality processes, identify gaps, and develop customised solutions. How I Became a Life Coach
For almost a five now, I've been a life coach helping people around the world to get unstuck. Yet prior to becoming a professional Life Coach, I spent 19 years as Group Manager & Agile Coach for some of the largest fortune 50 companies.
As the Agile Transitions & Transformations in the Digital Age picked up, Mergers and Acquisitions grew bigger and employee issues became more complicated I wanted to make sure I had all the skills to be able to deal with each person competently. I qualified as a Personal Performance Coach.
While I enjoyed those years, I'm thrilled to have found real purpose as a coach, helping leaders and teams see fresh possibilities, reach for their dreams and get the future they want. I'm clear my mission is to unlock humanity's potential and move people forward.
